  1. Effective as of July 1st, 2011 there is a $25 new membership fee and renewal fee. Along with the application they shall include a check or money order for $25 payable to the United States National Defense Corps. The $25 membership fee is for the id card, shoulder patch and flash.
  2. Two passport photographs. One photograph will be attached to the application the second shall be enclosed with the application.
  3. Submit the application to a division or brigade commander or deputy commander within your state, the commander will approve and recommend an entry rank on the application in the space provided in the application section “Commander’s Recommendations”.
  4. Once the application is reviewed and approved by the division commander, s/he will submit the application along with the membership fee to HQ and the HQ will process it.  ID card along with the membership supplies will be sent to the member.
